In 1994, Haller Building built its first custom home. Not for a customer, but for us; his kids. With a full-time job and some weekend help from his family, our Dad finished our childhood home in under 9 months. At 4 years old, his son didn't miss a day onsite, brewing an instant love for the trade. After graduating college and working in the legal field, he pursued his Residential Builders License and got to work.
What he found was the Building Community was strong, but the feel of "building community" was gone. Absent are the times of relying on a builder's word. Project quality is so often overlooked because the bottom line is most important. As a customer himself, Nick quickly realized the community needed better. Thus, Haller Building became official, aiming to establish the relationship with our customers that lasts long after you are satisfied with your project.
